A Tribute to Rock and Roll!
Come to this Cooking Club session for rolled up food that rocks! A great recipe for a Cinnamon Hemp Seed Roll, along with lots of ideas using rock salt, and even rolling out pasta with a fresh herb and mushroom sauce. Featuring appetizers that are rolled and twisted (learn how to do the twist) with cheeses, fresh stone fruit of the season and lots more including Rolled Meat and Vegetable Balls that really rock! Three wine pairings included. Lots of fun and great food!
